Job DescriptionSocial Media Expert at our organization networks with professionals of Internet Marketing industry - to gain their support for our suite of Internet Marketing products. To build a fan following of our products the Social Media Expert helps the community through forums, blogging, user demonstrations, recorded demonstrations or creation of sample projects.
Job Roles
- Help Internet marketing beginners over social media.
- Participate in online discussions with Internet marketing veterans to increase awareness and establish a reputation of our products that drives new customer.
- Actively interacting with community or customers over chat / email / social feed.
- Stay in touch with latest news / trends of Internet marketing.
- Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities. Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications. Apply that knowledge to increase the ways we reach customer online.
- Identifying information needs of community, later working with Content Writers & Software Architects of our organization to ship 'informative content' through which community benefits.
- Staying in tough with Software Engineers & Software Architects on fixing the problems with the product / services.
- Fresher or Experienced Internet Marketer.
- Persuasive written communication skills.
