Description Software Business Analyst at Solutions Beyond will act as a liaison between Stakeholders of the software product - i.e. its Users, our Developers, Marketers, & the Support team. While cleverly translating customer needs into Business Requirements, the analyst will be tightly collaborating with Development, Marketing & Support Department to provide them with needful inputs and requirements.

Job Roles

a. Gathering Requirements

  • Suggesting improvements in Vision and Scope of Software Product
  • Living life like the user - joining their communities, trying their business process, using our competitor products
  • Brainstorming Features - the features which could matter to our competitor
  • Brainstorming Unique Selling Points

b. Documenting the Requirements

c. Collaborating with Developers

  • Sorting Requirement with Priorities
  • Communicating Requirement to Developers
  • Acceptance Testing

d. Collaborating with Marketers

  • Communicate User Stories & USPs of Product to Marketers
  • Writing Content which sells product. Content like Video's Script, Sales Pitch, Technical Documentation - for the user to read (The entire content is sent as input to Professional Content Writers who further process & output its final content)

e. Collaborating with Support Team

  • Training Support team on Features of our Product (Support Team already come trained on the Domain Knowledge - the domain to which our Product caters)
  • Surveying the communication between Support Team & customers to fish out new feature ideas, and Usability Improvements for upcoming version
